(a) Yes. As per information available, Hon’ble Governor of Maharashtra has issued notification dated 23.09.2020 to provide for housing to the Forest Dwelling Scheduled Tribe families and Other Traditional Forest Dwelling Families belonging to the concerned village by extension of village site/hamlet /habitation for area, along with proviso mentioned in the said notification.
(b) State Government of Maharastra has informed that Rules and Guidelines is being prepared for the implementation of this notification for the field authorities.
