National or State/regional significance:

(a) No, Sir. There is no specific scheme for the establishment of
museums in memory of the leaders having National or State/regional
significance.
(b) Does not arise.
(c) A proposal from Government of Odisha regarding development of
Gandhi Memorial Swaraj Ashram, Cuttack for 100% Central Government
assistance was received. The State Government of Odisha was informed
that the proposal is not covered under the scheme of financial
assistance for “Development and Maintenance of National Memorialsâ€
implemented by the Ministry.
