(a) the number and details of Youth Hostels set up in the country
along with the locations thereof, State-wise;
(b) the number and details of such hostels under construction in
various parts of the country along with the locations thereof,
State-wise; and
(c) whether the Government proposes to set up more such
hostels in the country and if so, the details thereof?

(a) The number and details of Youth Hostels set up in the country
along with the locations, is at Annexure.
(b) One Youth Hostel, at Roing in the state of Arunachal Pradesh, is
under construction.
(c) There is no proposal to set up more Youth Hostels in the country.
