(a) whether the Government has decided recently to start various projects like production of Electronics items, opening of BPO’s and software parks commissioning of Ultra-modern mobile towers, IT centres and free Wi-Fi facilities in the country, particularly in Bihar;
(b) if so, the details thereof, location and State-wise; and
(c) whether any time frame has been fixed to start such project and if so, the details thereof?
