(a) whether the Union Government proposes to provide financial assistance to the various decentralised and powerloom units located in Tamil Nadu as they are facing acute financial crisis;

(c) whether the Government has set up Computer aided Design Centres at Coimbatore, Kannur, Komarapalangam and Somanv in Tamil Nadu for assisting these decentralised and small powerloom units; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?
