Question : GPRA ALLOTMENT POLICY

(a) the details of allotment policy of General Pool Residential Accommodation (GPRA);

(b) the details of quarters of GPRA in Delhi, location and type-wise;

(c) the details of quarters allotted out of turn during the last three years and current year, type and location-wise and the reasons therefor;

(d) the details of authority concerned in making such allotments and the action taken/being taken if the allotment is in violation of GPRA policy; and

(e) the details of quarters allotted to non-entitled employees on special considerations, location and type-wise and the reasons therefor along with the action taken/being taken in this regard?

(a): Allotment of General Pool Residential Accommodation (GPRA) in Delhi is made as per the provisions of the Allotment of Government Residences (General Pool in Delhi) Rules, 1963 and instructions issued by the Directorate of Estates from time to time.

(b): The details of quarters of GPRA in Delhi, location and type-wise is at Annexure-I.

(c) & (d): The details of quarters allotted on out of turn from Type-I to Type-IV is at Annexure-II and the details of quarters from Type-4(Spl) to Type VI-B and Hostel is at Annexure-III.

(e): None.
