Will the MINISTER OF FINANCE e pleased to state:

(a) the details of funds made by Finance Comrtrission during the last three Finane!) Comrtrissions'' tenure, State7wise;
(b) whether the recommended amount . was allocated to the States . as mentioned in the
recommendation of each Finance Comrtrission and if so, the details thereof; (c) the details of amount incurred as expenditure in each State; and .
(d) whether any deficit was observed to fulfil the recommeiJ.dation and if so, the details thereof?

(a) Details of State-wise, year-wise release of States'' share in Central Taxes and Duties as per
• approved recommendations of 11th 12th and 13th Finance .Comrtrission are provided as Annex -A. Further, State-wise, year-wise detail of funds allocated I released in respect of Grants during the award period of each Finane Commission are provided in Annex-B, C, D and E. •

(b) to (d) l''he share in net proceeds of the Central Taxes and Duties are devolved• as per accepted recommendations ofthe Finance Comrtrission relating to their respective award period. The grants are released subject to fulfilhnent of the •conditions as stipulated by the successive Finance Comrtrissions. However, the primary responsibility for administeclng the grants rests with the State Level Comrtrittee ofthe.concemed State Government. The Accountant General of the respective State maintains and Audits the accounts of the State Governments.
