(a) to (c): Bhubaneswari Opencast Project of Mahanadi Coalfields Limited has been
sanctioned by Government of India on 19.1.2005 for a target capacity of 10.00 Mty and
for a capital outlay of Rs.336.68 Crores. The project is under implementation and
scheduled to be completed by March, 2012.
