(a) whether it is a fact that many requests from states that undertook Watershed Development Projects under the EAS prior to April 01, 1999 for release of even the first installment are pending with the Union Government ;
(b) if so, the details thereof ;
(c) the reasons for not releasing the installment even after three years ; and
(d) the time likely to be taken to release the installment ?
