(a) whether any dues are pending from Andhra Pradesh(AP) to Project Implementing Agencies under Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY), if so, the details thereof since 2019-20, year-wise;
(b) whether there are any delays or shortfalls in sanction of Action Plan targets for AP since 2019-20; and
(c) the details of number of skill development institutes along with the number of beneficiaries skilled in AP under DDUGKY since 2019-20, district-wise and year wise?

(a) Yes Sir. An amount of Rs. 31.53 Crore, due for payments to Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs) under DDUGKY Scheme, has been processed for payment to PIAs and uploaded to Green Channel of Comprehensive Financial Management System (CFMS) of Finance Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh. Further, an amount of Rs. 04.30 Crore is under process for uploading into CFMS or under verification. Year wise details are given below:

(b) This Ministry had allocated a target of 1,20,000 candidates for the Action Plan period of 2019-2023. Out of that, the State had sanctioned target of 56,000 candidates. For sanction of remaining 64,000 candidates, a Project Approval Committee (PAC) meeting was held on 29.07.2021 to examine the proposals of PIAs. The Committee has examined the proposals and given it’s in principle approval for allocation of target of 24,000 candidates to the PIAs.
(c) The district-wise and year-wise details of number of skill Training Centres along with the number of beneficiaries skilled in the State of Andhra Pradesh under DDUGKY since 2019-20 is given at Annexure.
