(a) whether the Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited(MTNL) have made changes in the charges for its various Phone Plus facilities;
(b) if so, which of the phone plus facilities available to the public at the reduced rates and from which date; and
(c) the revised rates decided as against the existing rates for these facilities?

(a) Yes, Sir.
(b) & (c) When taken as separate individual facilities, rates for following services have been reduced with effect from 01.09.2001 : -
(i) Call Transfer Facility - Rate reduced from Rs.20 per month to nil.
(ii) Calling Line Identification Presentation (CLIP) - Rate reduced from Rs.50
per month to Rs.20 per month.
However, a package of following services is offered at a reduced rate of
Rs.75 per month with effect from 01.09.2001.
1. Call Transfer Facility.Earlier only first four services were offered as a package for Rs.60 per month and CLIP service was offered for Rs.50 per month.
2. Hot Line.
3. Three Party Conferencing.
4. Abbreviated Dialing.
5. Calling Line Identification Presentation (CLIP).
