(a) & (b): Yes Sir, The States prepare database of eligible beneficiary landholder farmer families in the villages capturing the Name, Age, Gender, Category (SC/ST), Aadhaar Number, Bank Account Number and the Mobile Number of the beneficiaries. Responsibility of identifying the landholder farmer family eligible for benefit under the scheme is of the State/UT Government. The lists of eligible beneficiaries are published at the village level. The beneficiaries, whose names are uploaded on PM-KISAN Portal by the State/UT Government in a particular 4-month period / trimester, shall be entitled to receive benefit for that trimester and for further installments pertaining to the subsequent trimesters.
Further, a dedicated portal of PM-KISAN, www. pmkisan.gov.in is available to provide a unified e-platform for transferring of cash benefits into farmers bank account through PFMS integration. Farmers can also do their self-registration through the Farmers Corner in the portal. They can also edit their names in PM-Kisan database as per their Aadhaar database / card through the Farmers Corner in the portal. Further, the farmers can also know the status of their payment through the Farmers Corner in the portal. The portal may also be utilized by the farmers to lodge their grievance which shall be transferred to the respective Nodal Officers, thereby enabling prompt redressal of the grievance. The Common Service Centres (CSCs) have also been authorized to do registration of the farmers for the Scheme upon payment of fees.
To achieve 100 % saturation of eligible beneficiaries, the States/UTs including Chhattisgarh have been directed to conduct various saturation drives based on the analysis of enrolments from all over the country done by the Department and physical verification of the beneficiaries have also been undertaken. The State Government has been continuously requested and vigorously pursued for completing the exercise of Aadhaar seeding of data of beneficiaries at the earliest, in mission mode and by organizing camps.The State has been organizing publicity/awareness camps to ensure expeditious Aadhaar authentication of the data of the beneficiaries along with new registrations and correction of already registered data.
(c): the total number of villages listed by the Government of Chhattisgarh as on 03.03.2021 is 19,231. The number of eligible beneficiaries in Chhattisgarh who have received the benefits under PM-KISAN SammanNidhiYojana, under various instalments as on 03.03.2021 is 31,38,558.
(d): the district-wise number of farmers benefitted under PM-KISAN, in the State of Chhattisgarh, as on 03.03.2021 is given in Annexure-I.
(e): Since the Scheme is continuous, the errors/discrepancies, if any, are rectified in the normal course of action, in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure issued by the Department for this purpose.
