(a) whether the Government has received Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the construction of National Highway 516E which traverses through the towns of Rampachodavaram and Lambasingi in the State of Andhra Pradesh;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the Government has granted environmental clearances to this new National Highway; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?

(a) and (b). The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) has informed that they have received theDetailed Project Report (DPR) for the following packages on National Highway 516E:

(c) and (d). As informed by the MoRTH, the above said packages do not attract the provisions of EIA Notification, 2006 as amended from time to time.Accordingly, this Ministry has so far not received any application for seeking Environmental Clearance for any of the packages mentioned above.
