(a)to(c) As part of the Composite Dialogue, talks were held between India and Pakistan in New Delhi on 28-29 June 2005 on the Tulbul Navigation Project. The two sides exchanged views on the project and reaffirmed their commitment to the Indus Waters Treaty of 1960. It was agreed to continue the discussion at the next round of the Dialogue Process with a view to resolving the issue in accordance with the provisions of the Treaty.
