(a) to (c): Under the Central Plan, the Central Government
normally provides funds to the Central Public Sector Undertakings
(CPSUs) of the Power Sector wherever required. As regards State
Sector Projects, funds are allocated in the State Plan which is
approved by the Planning Commission.
