(a) Government of India has received the following proposals for Kerala during the
last three years :-
I) 3 Industrial Licences applications [for the period 1998 to 2000 (October)]. II) 2 proposals for setting up Industrial Parks. III) 6 Proposals for setting up Integrated Infrastructural Development Centre.(b) Details are as under -

Proposals have been received for setting up IID Centres at following six Districts in Kerala1. Malappuram. 2. Kasargod 3. Wayanad 4. Ernakulam 5. Trichur 6. Pathanamthitta(c) I) Out of the three Industrial Licence Applications M/s Cochin Refineries Limited has been granted the Letter of Intent. II) Both the applications for the Industrial Parks mentioned above have approved.Receipt and consideration of proposals is a continuous process
III) IID Centres at Malappuram, Kasargod, Wayanad and Ernakulam have been sanctioned.(a) Government of India have received three Industrial Licences applications for setting up of industries in Kerala during the period 1998 to 2000(October).
