(a) the details of food grains distributed across the country under the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana (PMGKAY);
(b) the number of beneficiaries under this scheme;
(c) whether ration was also distributed to those needy people who do not have ration cards, under this scheme; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?

(a) & (b): Under the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana (PM-GKAY), so far, a total of about 549.19 LMT foodgrains have been distributed during the implementation phases I, II, III and IV, to around 80 Crore beneficiaries.
(c) & (d): The free PM-GKAY foodgrains are distributed to all NFSA beneficiaries having either Antyodaya Ann Yojana (AAY) or Priority Household (PHH) ration cards at the scale of 5 Kg per person per month over and above their regular monthly NFSA entitlements of AAY/PHH ration card.
