(a) the details of the residential units created in the State of Telangana during the last three years under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Urban (PMAY-U), district-wise;
(b) the details of the residential units already allocated to the beneficiary under the scheme project and district-wise;
(c) whether any completed units have not been allocated to the intended beneficiaries as on date;
(d) if so, the details thereof, district and project-wise; and
(e) if not, the reasons therefor?

(a) : A total of 2,47,079 houses have been sanctioned in Telangana under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Urban (PMAY-U) since inception of the scheme.District-wise details of houses sanctioned and completed during last three years (FY 2019-22) in the State under PMAY-U is given at Annexure-I.
(b) to (e): District-wise details of projects and status of physical progress along with occupancy status in the State of Telangana under PMAY-U is given at Annexure-II. As informed by the State of Telangana, process for selection of eligible beneficiaries is underway for allotment of remaining completed houses constructed under the scheme.
