(a) the details of Government and Non-Governmental Organisations implementing health programmes in Gujarat;
(b) the organization-wise funds allocated by the Government during the last three years and the names of the organizations who submitted the accounts;
(c) whether the Government have received any complaint in regard to misuse of fund by any organization alongwith the details thereof; and
(d) the action Government have taken/proposed to take in such cases?
