(a) Whether the Novalodai Reservoir Scheme in Andiupath Village near Karumalai in Palani TK Dindigul District, Tamilnadu is awaiting clearance from the Government for quite a long time;
(b) if so, whether the said irrigation scheme is most essential for the cultivation of nearly 1000 acres and also for solving the acute drinking water problem in this area;
(c) if so, whether due to this the environmental clearance would be considered sympathetically and at the earliest; and
(d) if so, the details in this regard?
