(a) whether the Government is aware of the fact that a large number of devotees and tourists visiting the famous Harsh hills/temples located in Sikar district of Rajasthan are facing difficulties due to lack of infrastructure;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether any request have been received by the Government from Public representatives for development of infrastructure at the said tourist site; and
(d) if so, the reaction of the Government thereto?

(a) to (d): Development of tourist infrastructure for visiting tourists is the responsibility of the State Governments and Union Territory Administrations. The Ministry of Tourism provides Central Financial Assistance for projects submitted by them subject to adherence of scheme guidelines, availability of funds and submission of Utilization Certificate for projects sanctioned earlier.
No request has been received for development of Harsh hills/temples.
