(a) the amount of funds allocated to Haryana and North Eastern States including Assam by NABARD since the year 2014;
(b) whether the Government has received any complaint in this regard;
(c) if so, the details thereof;
(d) whether the Government has fixed any accountability of anyone in this regard; and
(e) it so, the details thereof?
THE MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE
(a): The details of funds allocated to Haryana and North Eastern States, including Assam by NABARD since 2014 under different funds/activities are given at Annexure.
(b) to (e): NABARD, which is an All India Financial Institution for Agriculture and Rural Development sector works in close coordination with the State Governments in sourcing of project proposals under various schemes such as RIDF, LTIF, MIF, WIF, NIDA, TDF, etc. implemented by them. Post sanction and disbursement of the funds, NABARD monitors implementation and progress of the various schemes in close coordination with the implementing Departments of the State Governments. They also work closely with the Government of India (GoI) and share their reports from time to time.
The GoI has also launched a Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS), an online web-enabled system to enable submission of grievances with the facility of tracking on real time basis. Concerned Ministries/ Departments/ Organisations under GoI scrutinize and take actions for speedy and favourable redressal of the grievances received through this portal.
Also, complaints in regard to various issues relating to agriculture credit received by Government/ RBI are taken up for appropriate redressal.
