(a) whether the Union Government has received a proposal from the State Government of Rajasthan to sanction Rs.398 crores for the development of

(b) if so, the time by which the said proposal is likely to be cleared; and

(b) The Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India has approved
action plan of the State Government of Rajasthan for skilling one lakh rural
poor youth in Rajasthan at the cost of Rs.398.38 crore in May, 2015.
