Question : Ayurvedic Institutions in Bihar

Will the Minister of AYURVEDA, YOGA AND NATUROPATHY, UNANI, SIDDHA AND HOMOEOPATHY (AYUSH) be pleased to state:

(a) the number of recognised/approved Ayurvedic institutes in Bihar and Jharkhand;

(b) the number of institutes out of them which are functioning at present;

(c) whether any time has been set for making all these institutes fully operational; and

(d) if so, the details thereof?

(a) & (b): As approved by Government of India, five Ayurvedic colleges in Bihar and one Ayurvedic college in Jharkhand are functioning at present.
(c) & (d): In view of above, the question does not arise.
