(a) whether the United Nations has recently released any report on human rights regarding growth rate and development rate recorded by various countries;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) the rank given to India with regard to achieving high standard of living and better human welfare; and
(d) the area wherein India is backward and the measures the Government propose to take in those areas?

(a)to(d): The United Nations has not released any report on Human Rights. The Office of the UN High Commission for Human Rights prepares every year a document for consideration of the Commission on Human Rights and an updated version for consideration of the UN General Assembly at its annual session. This report does not refer in any specific terms to growth rates nor do they give ranking to different members States, with regard to achievements in high standard of living for better human welfare.
