Question : MONETARY AND CREDIT POLICY QUESTION

(a) whether the Government of Karnataka has requested the Reserve Bank of India for a fresh look at new monetary and credit policy;

(b) if so, the details thereof and the action taken thereon; and

(c) the details of similar requests received from other States along with the action taken on each such request?

(a) to (c): Reserve Bank of India has informed that it has not received any request from the State Government of Karnataka or from any other State Government for a fresh look at the new monetary and credit policy.
