(a) whether most of the Scheduled Tribes and the reserved category posts are lying vacant
in the Government and semi Government institutions, companies, establishments etc.;
(b) if so, the details thereof and the reasons therefor;
(c) the steps taken by the Government to improve the situation during the last five years
and the current year; and
(d) the total number of cases reported during the said period where vacancies reserved for
such reserved categories including Scheduled Tribes were filled-up with general category
candidates?
