(a) 78 monuments have been protected by Archaeological Survey of India in Orissa under the
Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains (AM&ASR) Act 1958. The list of
centrally protected monuments in Orissa is at Annexure.
(b) The details of expenditure incurred on centrally protected monuments in Orissa during
last three years are a under :
