(a)to(c): The existing Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967, as amended in 2004, 2008 and 2012 comprehensively covers all terror related matters including Indian youth joining terror outfits like ISIS, etc. Hence, there is no requirement of a new Law to deal with such individuals.
