(a) the details of item-wise spending of CSR by Nayveli Lignite Corporation Limited (NLCI) during 2014-18;
(b) whether NLCI an important PSU is spending most of the CSR amount in other than service area; and
(c) if so, whether the Government will instruct the management of NLCI Limited to follow the guidelines and carry out CSR activities and the details thereof?
