Question : PENDING ROAD PROJECTS IN TAMIL NADU

(a) whether any proposal of Tamil Nadu Government related to sanction of road projects is pending with the Union Government ;

(b) if so, the details thereof;

(c) the steps taken by the Government in this regard; and

(d) the time by which the above proposal is likely to be cleared ?

(a) to (d) : Yes, sir. Thirteen proposals of Government of Tamil Nadu costing Rs. 9.99 crores are with the Union Government. Decision on the same will be taken soon.
