(a) & (b):Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has informed that out of the total of
1168 constructed flats at Commonwealth Games Village Complex, DDAâs share is 711
flats. Out of these 711 flats, 110 flats were put to tender of which 74 flats have
been disposed of. Rest of the flats are to be sold to the Government
Departments/Public Sector Undertakings, etc. Out of the share of Private Builder,
28 flats are yet to be sold. The disposal of these flats has been stayed by the
Honâble High Court of Delhi in the case titled âCWG Allotteesâ Welfare Association
Vs. DDAâ in the Civil Writ Petition No.3703/2011. These flats are to be disposed of
as and when stay is vacated by the Honâble High Court of Delhi.
