Universities are autonomous entities with full freedom in academic and evaluation matters and such instances are dealt with at the level of universities only. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) have also reported that no such instances in school examinations have come to their notice. The State Boards of School/Secondary/Higher Secondary Education are under the control of respective State Governments and the Central Government does not collect such information or maintain the same. The CBSE has further reported that it uploads all question papers on its website (after completion of exams) for the information of the general public.
