(a), (b) & (c): No Sir. However, the Central Government has issued a Notification for determining the
tenure of all or any of the cadre posts of IAS in consultation with the States with the stipulation that
except in the event of promotion, deputation or training exceeding two months, the pre-mature transfer
will be done on the recommendation of a Committee on minimum tenure or Civil Services Board of the state Government.
