(a) & (b): At present there is no scheme for supplying cooking gas (LPG) through pipeline in the country. However, GAIL has launched the piped gas distribution to domestic consumers in Delhi and Mumbai through its joint venture companies, namely, Indraprastha Gas Limited and Mahanagar Gas Limited respectively.
