(a) whether the Government proposes to renovate Indore Airport;

(b) if so, the details thereof including the amount spent for its renovation during the last five years; and

(a) to (c): Upgradation of an airport is a continuous process and is undertaken by the Airports Authority of India (AAI) from time to time depending on the availability of land, commercial viability, traffic demand/willingness of airlines to operate to/from such airport etc. AAI has undertaken renovation of infrastructure at Indore Airport every year in the phased manner and has incurred an expenditure of Rs. 1863.85 lakh during last five years on the development of Devi Ahilya Bai Holkar Airport, Indore. ;;
