(a) whether with the help of Government`s interlocutor or otherwise the Government have decided about the nature and the details of the package and additional powers to be given to Jammu and Kashmir;
(b) if so, the details thereof; and
(c) the response of the new State Government thereto?

(a) to (c): The Government`s Representative had two preliminary rounds of discussions with the nominee of the then Government of the State of Jammu & Kashmir on 25th July and 9th August, 2002. Now that a new Government has assumed office in the State, further discussions on the issue of devolution of powers and matters related thereto would be held with the Nominee of the new Government if and when the State Government designates such a Nominee.
