(b): Does not arise.
(c) to (e): The case has been reported to Delhi Police who is carrying out investigation into the matter. The Commissioner of Police, Delhi has also announced a reward of Rs.1.00 lakh to anyone providing clue to the stolen pistol. The Maritime Heritage Gallery, where the said Pistol was on display, is under the control of the Indian Navy, who have ordered an internal enquiry to investigate the circumstances leading to the loss of pistol.
