(a) & (b): In order to increase affordable housing stock and to incentivize private sector, Affordable Housing in Partnership (AHP) scheme is being implemented as part of Rajiv Awas Yojana (RAY) by the Government wherein central support is being provided at the rate of Rs. 75,000 per house of size of 21 to 40 sqm.
