Question : COMPENSATORY FUND IN RAILWAYS

(a) the mechanism in place to monitor the appropriate and justified use of compensatory fund by the Railways;

(b) the amount spent from said fund during the current financial year; and

(c) the steps taken by the Railways to check the loss incurred in this regard?
