Question : Eastern Peripheral Road Project

(a) whether the Government has completed the “Eastern Peripheral Road Transport Project” for ensuring better and fast connectivity around Delhi/NCR;

(b) if so, the details thereof;

(c) if not, the reasons therefor; and

(d) the details of the companies whose work is delayed so far along with the penalties imposed, if any?

(a) to (d) The works for Eastern Peripheral Expressway have been awarded in six packages and scheduled date of completion is March 2018. There is no delay.
