Question : INDIAN SECURITY PERSONNEL

(a) whether a number of Indian Security personnel were killed by our own security personnel;

(b) if so, the number of such cases detected indicating the circumstances of each case and the number and details of personnel killed, during the last three years; and

(c) the action taken by the Government against the guilty personnel ?
