(a) whether it is a fact that under the Bikaner Division of North Western Railway, the newly constructed platforms lacks food canteens;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the Government proposes to sanction food canteens on ‘C’ grade stations keeping in mind the need of the passengers; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?

(a) and (b): 04 new platforms have been recently constructed, one each at Charkhi Dadri, Satrod, Jita Kheri stations and Aurang Nagar halt station of Bikaner Division of North Western Railway. Catering services at new platforms are provided after assessing the requirements of passengers and operational feasibility. Meanwhile, catering facilities are already available at old platforms of both Charkhi Dadri and Satrod stations.
(c) and (d): ‘C’ Category stations are suburban stations of Indian Railway. There is no ‘C’ category station in Bikaner Division.
