(a) to (c): Yes.As the Transplantation of Human Organs Act, 1994 was enacted by the
Parliament in exercise of powers vested in it under Article 252(1) of the Constitution of India.
To amend such a law, Article 252(2) requires that legislative Assemblies of the States should pass
resolutions authorizing Parliament for the same,which have been obtained from the Legislative
Assemblies of the States of Himachal Pradesh and Goa.Inter-ministerial consultations for the
same is in process.
