(a)to(c)Yes, Sir. The process of reviewing the Atomic Energy Act, 1962 and suggesting amendments with a view to, inter-alia, enable private sector participation in the production and supply of nuclear power, is currently underway. After finalising its review, Government will introduce a Bill in both the Houses of Parliament to amend the concerned Sections of the Act.
