Question : CAPART

(a) the nature and scope of schemes approved by the Council for Advancement of People''s Action and Rural Technology (CAPART) in Jharkhand during the last two years;

(b) whether the work under these schemes has commenced, if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor;

(c) whether the Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) through which the work under the said schemes is being undertaken are monitored; and

(d) if so, the details thereof, if not, the reasons therefor?

(a): Council For Advancement of People’s Action and Rural Technology (CAPART) has not approved any scheme in Jharkhand during the last two years as funding has been kept under abeyance.
