(a) & (b): As per the decision of the Empowered Group of Ministers on commercial utilization of gas under the New Exploration Licensing
Policy (NELP), the existing gas based Urea plants will be given highest priority in allocation of gas and the demand of gas for Expansion of
fertilizer plants, conversion of Naptha-based/Fuel Oil-based fertilizer plants, Revival of closed fertilizer plants and New Greenfield project
would be met from production in subsequent years.
