(a) whether it is a fact that crime against Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes and women are not recorded by the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) as per the laws of the Indian Penal Code (IPC); and
(b) if so, the details thereof and the reasons therefor?

(a): No Sir. National Crime Records Bureau does collect and publish data on crime against Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes and Women both under Indian Penal Code and Special & Local Laws.
