(a) the criteria fixed for construction of over bridge/ small bridge/small culvert, etc. on the National Highways (NHs) in the country in public interest;
(b) the details of new over bridges/small bridges/ culverts constructed on NHs in public interest during the last three years, State and NH-wise;
(c) whether demands/requests for construction of a new culvert/over bridge have been made by the local representatives, villagers and students for the last four to five years due to the severe accidents taking place frequently at Bandar Sindari village in Kishangarh on NH-8;
(d) if so, the action taken by the Government in this regard; and
(e) whether the Government proposes to construct a new over bridge/culvert at the said location and if so, the time by which it is likely to be constructed and if not, the reasons therefor?
