(a) the percentage, out of the total budgetary allocation, sanctioned and utilised by the Government through Centrally Sponsored Schemes for the development of Scheduled Castes (SCs) and Other Backward Classes (OBCs) in the country during each of the last three years;
(b) whether the Government proposes to increase the allocation for the development of SCs and OBCs to 27% of the total budgetary allocation; and
(c) if so, the details thereof?

(a): The percentage, out of the total budgetary allocation, sanctioned and released under the Centrally Sponsored Schemes of the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, for the development of Scheduled Castes and Other Backward Classes during each of the last three years is at Annexure-I & II respectively.
(b): No such proposal is under consideration of the Government.
(c): Does not arise.
